Infant or Toddler Initial Assessment

Service Description

This assessment is to establish care for your child two years of age or less. This appointment will assess growth, feeding regimen/meal timing and any other concerns you may have. Weight and length trends for the last 6-12 months will be useful for this assessment and if your child is less than 6months of, planning the appointment around a feeding time will also be useful for your dietitian to assess feeding.
