Service Description

Must have had an initial assessment prior to booking. A follow up consultation is meant to review your goals and progress, creat new goals and update your care plan. This is ideal for patients who have graduated from needing consistent support, who have had a change in family planning (gearing up for IUI, IVF, etc.) or have been given a new diagnosis that changes their nutritional needs.
