Get to know me, Bryleigh Moffitt RD.
I am a registered dietitian, born and raised in Amarillo. I am a spring lovin, college football fanatic, traveler, and dog momma to my precious 5 year old Goldendoodle, Knox. After earning my Bachelor’s of Science from the University of Mississippi and completing my clinical rotations at Oklahoma University Health Sciences Center, I really thought I would never move back home, but God had a plan for me here and I am excited that that plan is for me to serve the Texas Panhandle through private practice.
I am currently obtaining my Masters from Texas Tech and primarily work with pediatric eating disorders, picky eaters, and feeding therapy. I fell in love with these areas and haven’t stopped running towards them since. I completed a six week rotation with an adolescent eating disorder program as an intern at OU Children’s and most recently served this population at Northwest Texas Hospital.
I am so thankful God placed me here in my home town to spread awareness in our community and surrounding communities about eating and feeding disorders. It is so, so important when working with this area that individuals not only work with a dietitian but a therapist as well as a speech language pathologist sometimes as well.
Eating disorder and feeding therapy nutrition counseling is specifically individualized and tailored to your child. We will work on food exposure, healthy weight trends, food relationships, hunger/fullness cues, body dysmorphia, and so much more.
I cannot wait to serve you and your family! Contact me at (806)670-5075 or by emailing bryleigh@panhandlenutritiontherapy.com.
